GREENWICH, CT, May 20, 2009 Greenwich AeroGroup Inc. announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Banner Aerospace Holding Company I Inc. and its aviation subsidiaries from its parent, the Fairchild Corporation.
